FoodNotes is the official newsletter of Food From The Heart. It is an online newsletter which is published quarterly.

FoodNotes was created by Lim Sun Sun and Victor Tan Teck Loon, both of whom are from the Information and Communications Management Programme at the National University of Singapore. Sun is an Assistant Professor at the department while Victor is a Masters student and a freelance web designer.
